Terms of use
Short and in plain words. Using Reelpot means you agree to this.

Who
- Reelpot is the registered trade name of Jerker Westerholm, Aapelinkatu 9, 02230 Espoo, Finland. Business ID 3664893-3.
- Questions: support@reelpot.com. Anything about your data: privacy@reelpot.com.
What Reelpot is
- Reelpot turns a recipe you give it, a video link, a web page, a text or a photo, into steps for a Thermomix, and lets you cook from your phone or send the recipe to your own recipe account.
- The steps are written by an AI model. It can get an amount, a time, a temperature or a step wrong. You read the recipe before you cook, and you decide what goes into your machine and for how long. Reelpot is a helper, not a cook.
- Reelpot is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Vorwerk. Thermomix and Cookidoo are trademarks of Vorwerk, named here only to say what the app works with.
Your part
- You use Reelpot for your own household cooking, not to copy recipe collections or to resell anything.
- What you give Reelpot is yours to give: a link to a public video or page, text you may use, photos you took. A still from someone's video that you choose as the recipe picture is your choice and your responsibility; use your own photo or a stock picture when in doubt.
- Videos you link to are read on your instruction, once, and deleted after reading. Do not use Reelpot to work around the limits or the rules of the sites you take recipes from.
- Your invite code is for your household. Keep it to yourselves. An account made with an email address is yours; the household may cook with it on the same phone.
- Follow your machine's safety instructions and watch what is cooking, especially at high temperature and with hot liquids.
Our part
- We run the service with care and tell you what it stores and where it goes, on the page "How it works". We do not sell or share your data.
- The service is provided as it is, during a test, and may change, pause or stop. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
- We are responsible as Finnish law requires; nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your home country. We are not responsible for a dish that goes wrong because a step was followed without reading it, or for a site that changes what it allows.
Paying for Reelpot
- During the families test Reelpot is free and asks for no payment details.
- When paid plans open, the price with tax is shown before you pay, the subscription renews until you cancel, and cancelling takes one tap and stops the next renewal.
- Consumers in the EU have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. Because the service starts at once, you will be asked to agree to that start when you subscribe; you can still cancel at any time for the future.
Changes, law and disputes
- We may change these terms; the date above says when. A change that matters to you is announced in the app before it applies.
- Finnish law applies. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, the mandatory rules of your own country still protect you.
- A disagreement we cannot settle together can be taken to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or, in the EU, to the online dispute platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
